Best Rate Guarantee

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Best Rate Guarantee applies to confirmed bookings made only on our official websites
  2. All claims must be made within 24-hours of the reservation through using the Claim Form
  3. The following conditions must apply:
    • Same period of stay
    • Same room and/or bed type
    • Same booking conditions, cancellation and amendment policies
    • Instant confirmation – on request bookings do not qualify
  4. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates, such as:
    • Membership programs websites
    • Private sales
    • Corporate discounts
    • Negotiated prices
    • Group prices
    • Rewards programs
    • Prices obtained through an auction or similar process
    • Coupons
    • Bundled packages
    • Promo Code offers
    • On request bookings
  5. A room price that includes benefits such as food and beverage items, spa items and/or other benefits bundled together is considered a package. Package prices can only be claimed if the rate found on other websites offers the exact same inclusions at a lower price.
  6. A small price difference of 0.5% or less of the total booking value due to currency conversions is not eligible for our Best Rate Guarantee claim. The comparison must also be shown in the hotel’s local currency.
  7. We have the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim and that it meets all Terms, Conditions, and requirements to process a Best Rate Guarantee claim.
  8. We reserve the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue our Best Rate Guarantee at any time.
