Bookings
- All room rates are subject to a total of 8% comprising service charge, SST (Sales & Service Tax) and RM2 local government tax, per room per night.
- A Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room per night will be collected from all non-Malaysian guests, in accordance with the Malaysian Government regulations. This tax is payable directly at the hotel upon check-in or check-out, and is not included in the room rate.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. For credit card guarantees, the hotel requires the following written information: the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card, the card number, and the expiry date.
- Full prepayment of room charges is required at the time of booking for non-refundable reservations. Payment for any additional services (e.g., F&B or incidentals) must be settled upon check-out. Charges will be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Credit card guarantee without prepayment – payment can be made upon check-in. All charges will be in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

- Identification documents may include a passport, national ID card, or driver's license.
- A deposit of RM50.00 per room per night for miscellaneous expenses is required upon check-in. This deposit serves as a security amount for any incidental charges during the stay and will be refunded at check-out, subject to hotel policies.
Children
- Complimentary baby cots are available upon request. All baby cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
- Kids Eat Free, A maximum of 2 children under 5 years old will receive complimentary breakfast meal per room.
